GTA 6 on Xbox Series S: Will It Really Feel Like a Different Game?

Rockstar managed to make huge games run on older consoles before. I'd wait for actual Series S footage before writing it off.

That's fair, but GTA 6 is pushing a lot more detail. The real test will be how much they have to compromise to keep it running smoothly.

Lower resolution doesn't automatically mean a dead-looking world. NPC density and performance are separate things that need to be judged from actual gameplay.

I just hope both versions deliver a good experience. Not everyone can afford the more expensive console.

Agreed. A well-optimized game should make the most of the hardware instead of making players feel like they bought the wrong console.
